Delete your MINEMAGMA Profile
User can delete all of the data associated with a profile, including App data.
To delete all data from MINEMAGMA App:
- Sign in to the MAGMA app, Go to Profile page, and click Edit Profile.
- On the Edit Profile page, click the Delete Profile button at bottom.
- Follow the prompts on the pop-up to delete your Profile.
After you delete your MINEMAGMA App account, MINEMAGMA removes all your data associated with profile within 15 days. For status update, email the Customer team (contact@minemagma.com).
If you do not delete your profile after you stop using MINEMAGMA app, your data remains in MAGMA internal servers until you submit a written deletion request.
